Lisa Foley is an oil painter specializing in unique dynamic compositions with high contrast.  She enjoys simplicity in form and subject matter with an emphasis on the play between positive and negative space.  

Inspired by the wonders we find in our everyday  surroundings. 

Beginning her art journey as a hobby many years ago, Lisa has become more passionate about her work over the last decade.  She is currently a member of Grace Graupe-Pillard's painting workshop and studies with Gina Torello, Fine Art Professor at Monmouth University.  

Energized by the camaraderie and spirit of the local art community.

Lisa is a member of the Art Alliance of Red Bank, The Guild of Creative Art in Shrewsbury and the Belmar Arts Council, and has exhibited at all three.  Additionally, she has shown at the Monmouth Museum in Lincroft and Spring Lake Community House.
